What People Are Saying

Church resident Dj Fusion (Dean Charles); kicked off the night with a set of progressive trance and club anthems. He drew a large crowd onto the dance floor, moving from trance to progressive house his selection of tracks was varied. There was an abundance of drum rolls (and glow sticks) along with a few older anthems that kept the eager crowd on the dance floor….

….Around 4am Fusion stepped back up to the decks serving up more progressive house and trance to the still thriving crowd. As the line outside dwindled around 5:30am the music inside kept kickin' at a frantic pace until close.

Summer Series 09 (Dj Pee Wee Ferris) - 27/5/2000

….Resident Dj Fusion (Dean Charles) needed no help warming up the crowd, creating an ideal atmosphere for members of the congregation of the Church of Peewee. Fusion's gregarious nature and spread of relentless house and trance tracks worked the witching hour as the Churchcrasher kids came on (down) for one of their biggest nights yet….

Dj Series 02 (Dj BeXta) - 22/7/2000

….Resident Dj's Pinto and Fusion
(Dean Charles)
provided the tunes from 8pm for a jam packed crowd, eagerly awaiting the appearance of BeXta, dropping club faves such as 'I Feel Love' by CRW and Love Parade by Dj Fubar. The residents charged the punters with their adrenaline evoking style, playing the peaks of countless tracks for a short period of time only to play the entirety of anthems such as 'Dooms Night' by Azzido Da Bass, to the delight of the rolling crowd. They may have come to see BeXta but they weren't going to wait for her that's for sure!

Dj Fusion (Dean Charles) set the mood, fortifying the decks and laying down funky soulful sounds. Professing his skills as a musical selector Dj Fusion spliced phat Latin style rhythms and experimental bass sounds. The surrounding smiles and euphoric feel of 'Everybody's Free' saw the dance floor burn as it was inundated with punters keen to show off their glow stick skills.

With blue lights engulfing the stage Dj Fusion manifested a 'Horny Horns' accompanied countdown, followed by instructions to leave all problems at the front door, find a sexy dance partner and immerse your soul in the music.

….Fusion later returned to fire up the sound system, changing gears at a damaging pace, winding the punters into an immense hand clapping, body moving frenzy as the time grew near to turn the turntables over to the jubilant Jules….
